Gently mix eggs, water, flour, and salt

Heat small frying pan

Ladle spoonful of mixture onto pan, making sure to distribute over entire pan

Cook until crepe no longer looks wet
Filling

Mix the rest of the ingredients
-
Take each crepe and fill with heaping tablespoon on the center top third
-
Fold sides in and fold/roll crepe
-
Fry in butter
