Ingredients

Sifted Flour

Sugar

Salt

Eggs
beaten

Oil

Orange Juice

tsp
Vanilla
Instructions
Blend all ingredients together
Roll dough out to 1/2 inch thickness
Cut into 4 inch rounds and place a rounded teaspoon of apricot butter or prune
Bring 3 points of circle to center and form triangle
Place cookies on lightly greased cookie sheet
Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes
Recipe Notes
Add more flour to dough if necessary. Mix with pastry hook.
