Instructions
  1. Melt butter in square or 9x13 pan
  2. Place frozen blintzes in pan
  3. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over blintzes
  4. Bake at 350 for 1 hour

  1. Mix everything together with electric mixer except 1/2 cup Blueberries
  2. Once it's mixed, add the balance of blueberries and mix by hand
  3. Fill muffin tins 3/4 full
  4. Sprinkle with sugar and bake at 375 until brown

  2. Remove from heat and stir in sugar, blend in eggs one at a time, add vanilla
  3. Stir in flour and nuts and mix well

Filo
  1. Brush 4 sheets of filo with melted butter, placing each sheet on top of each other after buttered
Nut Mixture
  1. Mix ground nuts, 3/4 cup sugar and nutmeg
  2. Spread on leaves
  3. Roll from short side
  4. Bake at 350 until tops are light brown
  5. When you take it out of the oven, slice
Glaze
  1. Mix one cup sugar, 3/4 cup water, and one cup honey, a drop of lemon juice in saucepan
  2. Boil for 5 minutes
  3. Spread on the baklava (2-3 line)

  1. Blend dough by hand
  2. Divide dough into 5 balls, and refrigerate wax paper
  3. Roll out each ball with palm of hand to about 1/4 inch circle (not paper thin).
  4. Spread apricot butter or sprinkle chocolate powder over circle
  5. Sprinkle with nuts
  6. Cut into many long triangles
  7. Roll each triangle
  8. Make slit in center
  9. Bake at 350 until lightly brown
  10. Put on platter and sprinkle sugar

  2. Once melted, add matzo meal and salt to taste
  3. Add eggs and mix well
  4. Drop by teaspoon on cookie sheet
