Instructions
  1. Place frozen cherries in small punch bowl or 2 quart pitcher
  2. Pour in cider, cranberry juice, seltzer and lime juice
  3. Halve lime lengthwise, then very thinly slice into half rounds and add to punch
  4. Stir with a ladle and serve
Recipe Notes

If frozen cherries are not available, use canned, dark, sweet, pitted cherries. Drain and freeze before using.

  1. In food processor, combine all the ingredients except half the scallions. Process to a smooth paste.
  2. Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with reserved slices
