Ingredients
- 1 piece Pork
- 1 lb Sweet Sausage
- 3 lbs Ground Meat Mixture of beef, veal and pork
- 2 clove garlic
- Fresh Parsley
- Grated Romano Cheese
- Bread Crumbs
- 3 Eggs
- drop Milk
- 2 can Tomato Paste
- 2 can Italian Plum Tomatoes
- 2 cans Tomato Sauce 4 little cans or 2 large cans
- Wine
- 1 tbsp Sugar

Instructions

Strained the plum tomatoes, then chop in food processor and drain again

Brown pork in a little oil

Mix chop meat and all above ingredients to the tomato paste

Shape into meatballs and brown

Add garlic to pan (but don't let it burn)

Add all the tomato sauces and paste and simmer for 2.5 hours.
