Ingredients
- 8 ounces Pound Cake cut into cubes
- 3 tbsp Apple Raspberry Juice
- 1/4 cup Poloners All Fruit Raspberry or Strawberry Preserves
- 1/2 pint Fresh Raspberries
- 1 Banana Peeled, halved lengthwise, sliced
- 1 package Instant Vanilla Pudding
- 2 cup Skim Milk
- 1.5 cup Lite Cool Whip

Instructions

Prepare pudding with skim milk according to package directions and set aside

Place pound cake cubes in a 3 quart trifle bowl or glass bowl

Sprinkle with Apple-Raspberry juice and toss

Heat preserves in a heavy small saucepan until just pourable

Top with pudding

Top with 3/4 of the sliced raspberries (or strawberries) making sure that some beries show at the sides of the bowl.

Top with bananas
-
Top with cool whip and decorate with the remaining whole berries

Chill for at least 3 hours
