Instructions
  1. Cook noodles and drain
  2. Add milk to soup and stir until smooth
  3. Add chicken, noodles and 1/2 can onions
  4. Pour into greased 2 quart casserole
  5. Bake uncovered at 350 for 25 minutes
  6. Top with remaining onions
  7. Bake 5 minutes longer
